The optional DNS process established by WAC 197-11-355 is being used. Proposal: Replace existing stormwater outfalls in order to alleviate flooding in park & adjacent neighborhoods; & repair 70 foot seawall at north parking lot.  Site is near or contains shoreline, FWHCA, feeder bluff, & flood zone.
