 Holmes Harbor Residents
For residents and homeowners inside the South Holmes Harbor Shellfish Protection District FOCUS areas (click here for map).

You may qualify for a limited $50 rebate to use to defray the cost of inspection, or for purchase and installation of an approved riser (which raises the lid of your septic tank to ground level, making inspections easier and faster). The rebate is made possible through a financial assistance grant to Island County from the State Department of Ecology.

If you are a homeowner inside the FOCUS area who has been certified under HOST, you will be able to apply for the rebate. Visit our webpage to learn more: South Holmes Harbor Shellfish Protection District or call (360) 321-5111 x6069 - leave a message, we’ll call you back!
