Once the form is completed please mail it to the Island County Sheriff Office PO Box 5000, Coupeville, WA 98239 or e-mail it to ICSO@co.island.wa.us
Report
a missing person/juvenile runaway
Once
the form is complete you must contact the ICOM dispatch center
and have a Deputy respond to file the report. If
you are reporting a juvenile that has run away more than four
times, after you contact the dispatch center to have a report
number assigned, you must bring the form to the Island County
Sheriff's Office (Monday-Friday 8:30AM to 4:00PM) or to the Island
County Jail Lobby (After hours and weekends).
