FACILITATOR
The Courthouse
Facilitator Office has moved to a different location at 380 SE
Pioneer Way, Suite 102, Oak Harbor, Washington. The new
telephone number is (360) 675-5415. The Courthouse Facilitator's
office is located in the same office as the Volunteer Lawyer Program.
Any pattern
forms needed in family law matters can be purchased through the
Courthouse Facilitator Office or by downloading them from www.courts.wa.gov.
If you will be purchasing a packet from the Courthouse Facilitator,
please call the Courthouse Facilitator's office so that the specific
form packet will be ready for pick-up.
Superior
Court Administration will no longer have packet forms available
for purchase.
