Motion Calendar. The Civil Law and Motion Calendar
is heard on Monday of each week as follows:
9:00
a.m. - Closed hearings including adoptions.
9:30 a.m. -
Civil Law and Motion Calendar
Pro
Se Dissolution Calendar is heard at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesdays.
Ex
Parte Calendar -- The ex parte calendar shall be heard
on Tuesday through Friday at 1:00 p.m.
Court
Commissioner Calendar for Family Treatment Court shall
be heard on Mondays at 10:30 a.m.
Wednesday Calendars
are as follows:

a.m. - Paternity actions.
9:30 a.m.
- Shelter care hearings. (Also, on Fridays at 8:30 a.m.)

a.m. - Juvenile court routine hearings and reviews
regarding dependencies, at-risk youth and CHINS proceedings.

p.m. - Domestic Violence and Anti-Harassment.

p.m. - Truancies.
