The Central Services Department is responsible for the support and maintenance of the County's computer, telephone and network operations. This encompasses the computers, hardware and software which runs on the computers, the data communications network, as well as the telecommunications systems.

Central Services provides computer related technology support and services to the various departments of the County. We maintain and support the local (LAN) and wide-area (WAN) network which connects the County offices and agencies, providing access to budgetary, payroll, assessment, and taxation databases as well as providing access to the internet and electronic mail services.

Central Services also provides Mail Handling and Distribution Services for all County Departments.
