  3. AGREEMENT – Maintenance & Inspection Service of County Traffic Signals – Howell Owens; period of three years to January 1, 2001
  4. RESOLUTION C-___-97 – Establishing an investment policy to be pursued by the County Treasurer regarding the Storm & Surface Water Utility Fund
