This is time set aside for members of the public to speak to the Board about subjects of concern or interest, or items not already set aside for a public hearing. The Board will take all information under advisement, but generally will not take any action unless it is emergency in nature.   2. CLOSING DOCUMENTS – Purchase of Black property in Town of Coupeville
  3. GOVERNMENT AGREEMENT FOR AID – Agreement form to be used by Island County when we use WSDOT for land acquisition, relocation and related services
  4. QUIT CLAIM DEED – terminate temporary construction easement on Assessor’s Parcel R32922-487-1010
