Ordinance C-     -99 (CD-03-99) – Adopting Best Management Practices (BMPs) for exemptions to the Island County Critical Area Ordinance, Chapter 17.02 ICC, and to reaffirm the adoption of BMPs to implement the clearing and grading & stormwater & surface water ordinances, Chapters 11.02 & 11.03 ICC.
