The Board of Island County Commissioners met in Special Session to conduct an Executive Session beginning at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, May 26, 1999, in the Office of the County Commissioners, 502 N. Main, Coupeville, Wa. The Executive Session was for the purpose as allowed under R.C.W. 42.30.110 (1) (i), to discuss with legal counsel pending litigation. Present were: Mike Shelton, Chairman; Wm. L. McDowell, Member; and William F. Thorn, Member.

Commissioner Thorn left the meeting at Noon in order to attend a previously-scheduled meeting in Mt. Vernon at 2:00 p.m.

The meeting concluded at 3:45 p.m. No announcement was made in open public session on conclusion of the Executive Session.
