The Board of Island County Commissioners met in Special Session, Thursday, September 30, 1999, beginning at 8:30 a.m.. Mike Shelton, Chairman, Wm. L. McDowell, Member , and William F. Thorn, Member, were present.

The purpose of the Special Session was to meet in Executive Session at 8:30 a.m. with the County’s legal counsel, Commissioners’ Office, Coupeville, to discuss pending and potential litigation, as provided under R.C.W. 42.30.110 (1) (i); and at 9:00 a.m. to meet with special legal counsel to discuss pending and potential litigation, as provided under R.C.W. 42.30.110 (1) (i), Main Street Conference Room, Coupeville, Wa.

Executive Session concluded at 3:00 p.m. No announcement made on conclusion.
