AGENDA NOTE: Regarding the public hearing continued from February 9, 2000 to February 28, 2000 at 7:00 p.m., Ordinance #C-151-00, Agricultural BMPs, unfortunately the proposed amendments were not prepared nor made available to the public on February 22^nd as we had hoped. Therefore, the public hearing will be continued to a future date, most likely March 20 or 27, to be decided at the February 28^th meeting. You can either provide public testimony at that future date on Amendments 8, 9 and 10 along with any new proposed amendments to be released next week, or public testimony will be accepted on Amendments 8, 9 and 10 at the February 28^th hearing at 7:00 p.m. as announced on February 9^th.
