đ¨ Welcome to the Board of County Commissioners meeting.  The Board values your input and ideas, and sets aside a time called “Public Input or Comments” to listen to your comments about subjects not on the agenda; that time will commence at 2:00 p.m. Times shown on the agenda are estimated:  a “Public Hearing” or “Public Meeting” will begin no sooner than the time shown.  Occasionally, items do not make  this agenda in time, but are added just prior to the meeting at the discretion of the Chairman.  This separate “Chairman’s Agenda” will be addressed as the schedule permits.

a)   2:20 p.m. Public Hearing – Franchise #158(R) Mabana  Shores Association – Renewal of          existing franchise; water distribution lines within the Plat of Mabana Shores

 

 

 

b)         Resolution C-     - (R-24-00) – In the Matter of Approving Plans & Specifications and       Authorizing Call for Bids for 2000 Asphalt Concrete Pavement Overlays Whidbey Island, CRP 00-04, Work Order No. 358; set bid opening June 14, 2000 at 11:00 a.m., Meeting Room 3,         Courthouse Annex, Coupeville.

 

c)         Community “No Spray” Agreement  - Agreement between Island County and Scatchet   Head Community Club for the establishment of a Community Annual “No Spray” Zone   within the Plat of Scatchet Head 

 

d)         Agreement – Rural Arterial Program (RAP) – Project agreement for construction proposal;        Camano Hill Road, M.P. 02.22 to 03.42, Camano Island, Total Amount of Authorized RATA Funds $208,870

 

            TRANSPORTATION

a)         Inter-local Agreement for the Skagit-Island Regional Transportation Planning Organization (SIRTPO) – Updated agreement between Washington State Department of Transportation and SIRTPO; authorize Chairman to sign updated agreement at SIRTPO           Regional Policy Board meeting on June 14, 2000.
