ROADS

a)         Quitclaim Deed  - East Camano Drive, Phase 2; owner Michael D. & Karen Leggee, $1,800.00 for land, $3,538.14 for fence, $750.00 for administrative settlement; Total $6,088.14; Lot 22, Plat of Driftwood Shores, Division No. 1, Sec. 7, Twp 31N., R 3E.

 

b)               Adopt-A-Road Litter Control Program Agreement – Marguerite Hauberg; Bob Galbreath and Wilkenson Road beginning at State Highway 525 and Bob Galbreath to the road closed sign - bike/pedestrian area on Wilkenson Road.

 

c)                Adopt-A-Road Litter Control Program Agreement – Disabled American Veterans Whidbey Island Chapter #47; renewal of agreement, Crescent Harbor Road from Taylor/Crescent Harbor intersection to one mile west and back.

 

d)               Local Agency Participation Agreement LMO0128 Signal @ SR 525 & vicinity of Fish Rd/Honeymoon Bay Rd. – Pass through money from WM Massey/Freeland Investments to Washington State Department of Transportation; condition of project development, $9,936.00.

 

e)                Bid Award  -  Two (2) new 2000 self-propelled sweepers; award to Clyde West;               bid opening 18 July 2000.

 

f)          Bid Award  - Two (2) new 2000 dump truck cab & chassis; award to Seattle Sterling Mac Truck, approved and sign purchase order to purchase dump boxes from Northend Trucking off State Contract; bid opening 18 July 2000

 

g)         Local Agency Federal Aid Project Prospectus & Local Agency Agreement – East Camano Drive/Cross Island Road Signal Phase No. 2

 

 

PUBLIC WORKS           

a)                Inter-Local Agreement – Island County and the City of Langley for the purpose of applying for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) – Planning Only Grant
