c)                Schedule Public Hearing:  A Final Public Hearing to review project performance regarding CDBG Community Facilities Grants.  Contract #1-94-743-003 and #1-95-744-009.  The Purpose of the grants was to provide funding for the South Whidbey Family Resource Center and the Camano Island Family Resource Center.  Date:  October 2, 2000 @ __________
