SOLID WASTE

a.                   Contract/Performance Bond – Christian Anker, Inc., Installation of 160 LF, 13-foot high MSE Block Wall and Apron Paving, Coupeville Solid Waste Facility, $77,867.70 (including SST).

 

PUBLIC WORKS

a.         Schedule Public Meeting – Review of Planning Commission’s recommendations to adopt amendments to the Capital Plan, Transportation Plan and Concurrency Ordinance to include Highways of Statewide Significance.       Recommend December 4, 2000 at 10:15 a.m.

 

b.         Ordinance C-      -00 (R-50-00) – Schedule Public Hearing to adopt amendments to the Capital Plan, Transportation Plan and Concurrency Ordinance to include Highways of Statewide Significance.   Recommend December 18, 2000 at 10:15  a.m.

 

c.         Resolution C-      -00 (R-49-00) – Schedule Public Meeting to discuss adoption by resolution of amendments to the County Concurrency and Adequacy Management Program.       Recommend December 18, 2000  at 10:15 a.m.

 

 

MISCELLANEOUS

a.         Amendment to Salmon Recovery Funding Board Grant Application – Crescent Harbor Salt Marsh and Salmon Habitat Restoration; total budget $546,049 – grant request amount - $443,849, match amount - $102,200.

Contract for Professional Services for Determination of Prime Agricultural Soils on North Camano Island parcels:  A soils verification and mapping study.  Rozewood Environmental Services, Inc., Lopez Island, WA - $2,500.00
