ISLAND COUNTY COMMISSIONERS – MINUTES OF MEETING

SPECIAL SESSION - OCTOBER 20, 2000

EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Board of Island County Commissioners met in Special Session October 20, 2000 at the Island County Commissioners Office located at 502 North Main Street, Coupeville, WA., for the purpose of conducting an Executive Session to discuss with legal counsel pending litigation as allowed under RCW 42.30.110(1)(I). Attending the session were Commissioners William L. McDowell, Chairman; Commissioners William Thorn and Mike Shelton; Keith Dearborn, Land Use Planning Consultant; Greg Banks, Prosecuting Attorney; and Phil Bakke and Jeff Tate, Island County Planning Department.

The Session adjourned at 9:45 a.m. with no announcements or decisions made at this time.
