ISLAND COUNTY COMMISSIONERS - MINUTES OF MEETING

SPECIAL SESSION - NOVEMBER 30, 2000

The Board of Island County Commissioners met in Special Session on Thursday, November 30, 2000, beginning at 3:00 p.m. in the Office of the County Commissioners, 502 N. Main Street, Coupeville, Wa.., with Wm. L. McDowell, Chairman, William F. Thorn, Member and Mike Shelton, Member, present.

The purpose of the Special Session was for the Board to meet in Executive Session with the County’s legal counsel to discuss pending litigation, as allowed under R.C.W. 42.30.110 (1) (i).

No announcement was made on conclusion of the Executive Session. Meeting adjourned 4:35 p.m.
