ð¨ Welcome to the Board of County Commissioners meeting.  The Board values your input and ideas, and sets aside a time called “Public Input or Comments” to listen to your comments about subjects not on the agenda; that time will commence at 10:00 a.m. Times shown on the agenda are estimated:  a “Public Hearing” or “Public Meeting” will begin no sooner than the time shown.  Occasionally, items do not make  this agenda in time, but are added just prior to the meeting at the discretion of the Chairman.  This separate “Chairman’s Agenda” will be addressed as the schedule permits.

5)  10:00 a.m.   Public Input or Comments.  This is time set aside for members of the public to speak to the Board about subjects of concern or interest, or items not already set aside for a public hearing.  The Board will take all information under advisement, but generally will not take any action unless it is emergency in nature.  To ensure your comments are recorded properly, you need to state your name and address clearly into the microphone. c)         Resolution C-    01/R-12-01 - In the Matter of Approving Specifications and Authorizing Call for Bids for East Camano Drive, Phase 2, CRP 96-05, Work Order No. 208.

 

d)         Supplemental Agreement No. 5 – (supplement to Agreement PW-962043); Harding ESE; East Camano Drive, Phase 2; CRP 96-05, Work Order 208; time extension

 

e)         Franchise Cancellation – Set for Public Hearing; Sun Mountain Construction; Franchise # 313.

b)         Supplemental Agreement No. 2 – (supplement to Agreement PW-972033); Central Whidbey Trails Council; period of performance is extended to March 9, 2003.

FINAL SIGNATURE:   SPR 264/96 (Final) - Request by Pinnacle Towers, Inc. for a site plan for a three sided, 140 foot high, gray galvanized steel lattice communication antenna tower and associated equipment sheds on a portion of the Scattered Acres Tree Farm, on south Whidbey Island, Island County, Washington.   Located in the SW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 36, Township 29 North, Range 3 East, W.M. Tax Assessor Number R32936-076-3010.
