đ¨ Welcome to the Board of County Commissioners meeting.  The Board values your input and ideas, and sets aside a time called “Public Input or Comments” to listen to your comments about subjects not on the agenda; that time will commence at 2:00 p.m. Times shown on the agenda are estimated:  a “Public Hearing” or “Public Meeting” will begin no sooner than the time shown.  Occasionally, items do not make  this agenda in time, but are added just prior to the meeting at the discretion of the Chairman.  This separate “Chairman’s Agenda” will be addressed as the schedule permits.

d)      Adoption of proposed Resolution C-     -01 Reestablishing Policies and Procedures with respect to petty cash funds

e)      Adoption of proposed Resolution C-     -01 Reauthorizing and increasing certain petty cash, change and revolving funds

 

1:45 P.M.  PUBLIC HEARING  Adoption of proposed Resolution C-105-01 Revising ICC 2.02.050 Increasing the Salaries of the Auditor, Assessor, Treasurer, Clerk and Coroner

 

4.    1:50 p.m.   Human Resources    Hiring Requests & Personnel Actions

 

5.     2:00 P.M.   Public Input or Comments.  This is time set aside for members of the public to speak to the Board about subjects of concern or interest, or items not already set aside for a public hearing.  The Board will take all information under advisement, but generally will not take any action unless it is emergency in nature.  To ensure your comments are recorded properly, you need to state your name and address clearly into the microphone. Please limit your comments to 2 minutes.
