ISLAND COUNTY COMMISSIONERS - MINUTES OF MEETING

SPECIAL SESSION - OCTOBER 29, 2001

The Board of Island County Commissioners met on October 29, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Hearing Room located in the Island County Courthouse Annex for the purpose of conducting an Executive Session as allowed under R.C.W. 42.30.110 (i) to discuss with legal counsel litigation or potential litigation.

Present at the Special Session were Chairman William F. Thorn and member Mike Shelton; Arne Denny, Deputy Prosecuting Attorney/legal counsel to the Board; Phil Bakke, Island County Planning Director and Jeff Tate, Comprehensive Plan Manager.

No announcements were made following the Executive Session.

Meeting adjourned at 11:50 a.m.
