đ¨ Welcome to the Board of County Commissioners meeting.  The Board values your input and ideas, and sets aside a time called “Public Input or Comments” to listen to your comments about subjects not on the agenda; that time will commence at 10:00 a.m. Times shown on the agenda are estimated:  a “Public Hearing” or “Public Meeting” will begin no sooner than the time shown.  Occasionally, items do not make  this agenda in time, but are added just prior to the meeting at the discretion of the Chairman.  This separate “Chairman’s Agenda” will be addressed as the schedule permits.

b)      Application for Special Occasion Liquor License No. 090293 by the Whidbey Island Celtic Society to be held August 10, 2002 from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Greenbank Farm, located 765 Wonn Road, Greenbank, WA

c)      Schedule Public Hearing Ordinance No. C-      -02 Amending the Island County District Court Districting Plan, Chapter 1.12 ICC to Adjust Allocations for the Oak Harbor Municipal Court Department Resource and Cost Allocations  Suggested Date/Time:  July 22, 2002 @ __:__ p.m.

6)      10:00 a.m.   Public Input or Comments  This is time set aside for members of the public to speak to the Board about subjects of concern or interest, or items not already set aside for a public hearing.  The Board will take all information under advisement, but generally will not take any action unless it is emergency in nature.  To ensure your comments are recorded properly, you need to state your name and address clearly into the microphone.
