10:30 AM - PUBLIC HEARING – OPS #442/01, Mary Zimmerman and Steven & Joann Raymond.  Application to designate approximately 25.76 acres and 743 tideland feet, of a total 32.66 acres and 743 tideland feet, as Open Space.  Parcels R32913-151-0640, R32913-110-1010, R32913-150-2140 and R32913-148-1650 located off Wilkinson Road in Clinton, Whidbey Island, WA.
