ð¨ Welcome to the Board of County Commissioners meeting.  The Board values your input and ideas, and sets aside a time called “Public Input or Comments” to listen to your comments about subjects not on the agenda; that time will commence at 10:00 a.m. Times shown on the agenda are estimated:  a “Public Hearing” or “Public Meeting” will begin no sooner than the time shown.  Occasionally, items do not make  this agenda in time, but are added just prior to the meeting at the discretion of the Chairman.  This separate “Chairman’s Agenda” will be addressed as the schedule permits.

A.     OPS # 382/02 – Kevin Demaray, requesting 18.1 acres be reclassified from Designated forest to Timber Land current use classification.  Parcel R22902-048-4410 located on South Whidbey Island, WA.

B.     OPS #383/02 - Thomas E. Killion, requesting one parcel with 9 acres and another parcel with 10 acres be reclassified from Designated forest to Timber Land current use classification.  Parcel R23321-097-4290 and R23321-097-4950 located on North Whidbey Island, WA.

C.     OPS #380/02 - Mildred M. Anderson c/o Linda Anderson, requesting 11.88 acres be reclassified from Designated Forest to Timber Land current use classification.  Parcel R32903-312-3372 located on south Whidbey Island, WA.

E.      OPS #337/02 - N. SCHEDULE PUBLIC HEARINGS – COMP PLAN ANNUAL REVIEW AMENDMENTS

A.     Ordinance C-   -02, PLG-014-02, amending the Island County Comprehensive Plan and Chapter 17.03 ICC to incorporate an amendment for the Greenbank Farm Special Review District. 

B.     Ordinance C-   -02, PLG-015-02, amending the Island County Comprehensive Plan, Chapter 17.03 ICC and the Zoning Atlas, to establish a new Seattle Pacific University Special Review District.

C.     Ordinance C-   -02, PLG-016-02, amending the Island County Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 17.03 ICC to establish development standards for Parks.

D.     Ordinance C-   -02, PLG-017-02, amending the Island County Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 17.03 ICC to establish standards for Rural Event Centers.

E.      Ordinance C-   -02, PLG-018-02 – Amending Chapter 3.40 ICC, Public Benefit Rating System (PBRS)
