Special Session and Regular Meeting Agenda

The regularly-scheduled Elected Officials Roundtable will be held as usual on November 25th at 11:30 a.m.; however, the regular Board        meeting beginning at 1:30 p.m. has been canceled, with a  special session  to be held that morning at 9:30 a.m.  to take care of routine county business.   The November 25th schedule has been changed to accommodate those who wish to attend the memorial service for Maxine Sauter at  the Methodist Church in Oak Harbor at  1:00 p.m.

Public Works

a.       Lease Agreement – PW0220-78 between the Washington State Department of Transportation and Island County; Operation and Maintenance of Kettles Trail, for signature

b.       Annex Remodel Project Bid Award: Public Works recommends award to second lowest bidder, Hanson Brothers, Inc.,  and rejecting low bid by Ebenal General, Inc.   

 

Solid Waste

Quitclaim Deed – WSDOT Land Exchange; Work Order No. 367, TOTAL:  $289,968.80

 

4)  Planning & Community Development

A)  Schedule Public Hearing:   Resolution #C-   -02 (PLG-024-02) Amending the Planning & Community development Building Permit Fee Schedule.

 

5)   10:00 A.M. PUBLIC INPUT.   This is time set aside for members of the public to speak to the Board about subjects of concern or interest.  The Board will take all information under advisement, but generally will not take  action unless it is emergency in nature.  To ensure your comments are recorded properly, you need to state your name and address clearly into the microphone.
