h.         Resolution C        -03/R-26-03 – In the Matter of Declaring Intent to Vacate Road End lying southwesterly of Block 4 and Northeasterly of Lot 1/Block 5 Plat of Bush Point, (a.k.a. Spyglass Drive); Set Public Hearing for July 7, 2003 at 10:20 a.m.

 

i.          Resolution C-      -03/R-27-03 – In the Matter of Initiating County Road Project designated as CRP 03-03; Work Order No. 253; Shoreview Drive Outfall; $85,000.00

a.                   Bid Award – Biosolids application; Award to Northwest Liquid Transport, Inc.; calendar years 2003 & 2004

b.                   Contract – SW-03-0030; Island County  & Northwest Liquid Transport I, Inc.; $6,130 per year plus SST

c.                   Bid Award – Recycling Services; Award to Island Recycling; July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2006
