b)   SIGNATURE/APPROVAL  -  Resolution C-         -04  (PLG-002-04) Amending the Service Area for the Thunder Ridge Estates Water System Service Area by removing Parcels R33118-157-0390 and R33118-177-0350 and annexing them into the Camano Water Association Service Area.
