The Island County Board of Health announces a special session (date change due to holiday) to be held on Monday, February 9, 2004 at 1:15 p.m., at the Island County Courthouse Annex Commissioner’s Hearing Room (B-102), 1 NE 6th Street, Coupeville, WA.

Agenda:  The purpose of this special session is as follows:

Call to Order:  Welcome to this Special Board of Health meeting.  This being a Special Board of Health, the agenda is set and public comments not pertaining to the published agenda will not be taken.

Approval of Minutes:  Special Board of Health sessions of 12 & 21 January 2004

Public Hearing: Set a date in early March for a Public Hearing to take public comment on proposed revisions to Island County Code 8.08A, Solid Waste Regulations. This hearing will be a Special Board of Health to amend the current regulation to be consistent with rules adopted by the State of Washington.
