i)    Service Agreement with Village Community Services to provide technical assistance to a developmentally disabled participant and employer,  Contract No.: HS-07-04  Contract Amount: $550  (RM-HLTH-04-0060)

j)    Agreement with Snohomish Health District for funds to implement special projects as identified by Region 1 of Public Health Emergency Preparedness & Response Program;  Contract No.: HD-05-04  Contract Amount: $29,980 (RM-HLTH-04-0061) 

k)   Contract with WA. State DSHS to continue Public Health Nurse services for child abuse prevention; DSHS Contract No.: 20958, Amendment No. 8  Contract Amount: $131,080  Amendment Amount:   $21,432  (RM-HLTH-99-0050)
