đ¨ Welcome to the Board of County Commissioners meeting.  The Board values your input and ideas, and sets aside a time called “Public Input or Comments” to listen to your comments about subjects not on the agenda; that time will commence at 2:00 p.m. Times shown on the agenda are estimated:  a “Public Hearing” or “Public Meeting” will begin no sooner than the time shown.  Occasionally, items do not make  this agenda in time, but are added just prior to the meeting at the discretion of the Chairman.  This separate “Chairman’s Agenda” will be addressed as the schedule permits.

HOLIDAY CLOSURE:  Island County offices will be closed on Monday September 6, 2004 in observance of Labor Day Holiday, and will reopen on Tuesday September 7.

 

NOTE:  There will not be a regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners on Monday August 30.  Regular BOCC meetings of are held on the first 4 Mondays of each month.  Since Island County offices will be closed the following Monday September 6 (Labor Day Holiday), the next regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners will be on Monday, September 13, 2004.
