h)   Amendment No. 1 to Contract with ACS to increase the scope of environmental health records to be scanned and digitized; Contract No.: HD-06-04; Contract Amount: $33,500; Amendment Amount: $20,000 (RM-HLTH-04-0064)

i)    Agreement with University of Washington to provide funds for Island County Beach Watchers volunteer outreach program; Contract No. 874311; Amount: $31,700 (RM-EXT-04-093)
