1)    Special Session at  Noon [ no host luncheon to immediately follow the  RTPO meeting that begins at 10:00 a.m.] to allow  County Commissioners’ participation in a joint Council of Governments meeting with Elected Officials from Island County, City of Oak Harbor, City of Langley, Town of Coupeville, and Port Districts. Topics include continuing  discussion with regard to the process for use of  Rural Economic Development funds;  review of legislation and other topics of mutual  interest and concern.
