đ¨ Welcome to the Board of County Commissioners meeting.  The Board values your input and ideas, and sets aside a time called “Public Input or Comments” to listen to your comments about subjects not on the agenda; that time will commence at 10:00 a.m.  Times shown on the agenda are approximate and may be adjusted.  However, a “Public Hearing” or “Public Meeting” will begin no sooner than the time shown.  Occasionally, items do not make this agenda in time, but are added just prior to the meeting at the discretion of the Chairman.  This separate “Chairman’s Agenda” will be addressed as the schedule permits.

b)   Resolution C-____-04 Declaring Legal Holidays for 2005

c)   Professional services agreement with Intertidal Consulting to perform duties of the Island County Marine Resources Executive Director;  Contract Amount:  $25,000 (RM-EXT-04-0105)

d)   Contract Amendment No. 2 with Island Employment Services for Developmental Disabilities-Supported Employment Services to increase contract amount for fiscal year 2005 for one transition age, waiver client and one transition age, non-waiver client; Contract No.: HS-03-03 Amendment 2; Contract Amount: $300,202; Amendment Amount: $11,085 (RM-HLTH-99-005)

e)   Professional services contract with Jan Pickard, M.A., L.M.H.C. for Mental Health-NSRSN Special Project to reimburse subcontractor for professional services for time spent in outreach, preparation time and support group sessions; Contract No.: HS-04-04; Contract Amount: $2,500; (RM-HLTH-04-0041)

            Elger Bay Road to West Camano Drive, Point Lowell Road from South end of Camano Island State Park to

            Mountain View Road and West Camano Drive from Mountain View Road north to Monticello Road.
