a.         Resolution C-        -04/R-31-04 – Petition to vacate a portion of County road right-of-way known as Cultus Bay Road (Road No. 103); Sec. 14, Twp 28N., R 3E;  Set for Public Hearing - suggested date/time: December 6, 2004 at 10:15 a.m. at the Coupeville Courthouse Annex, Commissioners Hearing Room, Coupeville.

 

b.         Cancellation of Franchise #304 (David Platter) – Schedule Public Hearing to receive input for/against cancellation of Franchise #304 (sewer line distribution); Sunrise Blvd. & North Camano Drive; Secs. 19/20, Twp 32N, R 3E; Set for Public Hearing – suggested date/time: December 13, 2004 at 10:20 a.m. at Coupeville Courthouse Annex, Commissioner’s Hearing Room.

 

c.                   Supplemental Agreement No. 1 – PW-0320-121; Island County and Aziz Engineering Company, Consultant Agreement, On-call Geostructural Services; Change completion date to December 31, 2006; Maximum Amount Payable - $200,000.00

SPECIAL SESSION  TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 2004  - NOON

 

Location:  Sun Room, Tyee Restaurant, 405 S. Main Street, Coupeville, Wa.

 

The purpose of the Special Session is for the annual visit from Washington State Association of Counties (WSAC) and Washington Association of County Officials (WACO).  The meeting will focus on apprising WSAC and WACO representatives about interests of Island County: what is important to Island County – the issues and challenges and how WACO and WSAC can play a role in helping meet those demands.  

 

 

NOTE:  Island County offices will be closed Thursday, November 11, 2004 in observance of Veterans Day holiday.
