Call to
Order:
Commissioner Bill Byrd called this special executive session of the Island
County Board of Health to order at 1:03 p.m.
Agenda: Being a Special Executive
Session, there were no additions to the agenda, nor was the public in
attendance.
The
purpose of this special executive session was as follows:
To discuss
with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency
enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency
litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a
member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when
public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse
legal or financial consequence to the agency.
Adjourn:
Following this
discussion, Chairman Byrd adjourned the special executive session of the Board
at 1:36 p.m. without any recommendation for action.
The next scheduled Board of Health is 9 February 2004 (Special Session)
