BOARD OF ISLAND COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MINUTES OF MEETING

SPECIAL SESSION, FEBRUARY 23, 2004

The Board of Island County Commissioners met in Special Session, Monday, February 23, 2004, at 10:30 a.m., prior to the Regular Session of the Board at 11:00 a.m. The Special Session was called by the Chairman to allow the Board to meet in Executive Session to discuss with legal counsel representing the County, litigation or potential litigation as allowed under RCW 42.30.110 (1) (i).

The Executive Session was held in the Commissioners’ Conference Room #218, Courthouse Administration Building, 1 NE 7^th Street, Coupeville, Wa., and lasted twenty-five minutes. No announcement afterwards was made in open public session.

Meeting adjourned at 10:55 a.m.
