BOARD OF ISLAND COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MINUTES OF MEETING SPECIAL SESSION JULY 6, 2004, COUPEVILLE, WA.
The Board of Island County Commissioners met in Special Session on July 6, 2004, commencing at 12:15 a.m. in Conference Room #218, Courthouse Administration Building located at N. E. 7th Street, Coupeville, Wa. Mike Shelton, Member, and Wm. L. McDowell, Member, were present; Chairman William J. Byrd absent. Eric Berto, Whidbey News Times, attended.
The purpose of the special session was to consider Amendment B to Interlocal Agreement E03-336 [RM-BOC-03-0035] between Island County and the Washington State Military Department solely for expenses necessary to implement Phase I and Phase II for Wireless 911 calls originating in the County. Amendment B changes the overall contract amount from $55,080 to $65,080, an increase of $10,000.
By unanimous motion, the Board approved Amendment B to Interlocal Agreement E03-336 [RM-BOC-03-0035] between Island County and the Washington State Military Department changing the overall contract amount from $55,080 to $65,080, an increase of $10,000, subject to changing Section 11 (3) “Attachment A” to “Exhibit B”.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned at 12:17 p.m., with the Board to meet next in Special Session this date at 2:00 p.m. on Camano Island. The next regular meeting of the Board will be held on July 12, 2004 beginning at 9:30 a.m.
