a) Appointments and/or re-appointments to various boards and committees

b) Contract for 2% Hotel Motel Lodging Tax Revenues 2006 Program Year with Greater Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce for tourism marketing and development for Island County; Contract Amount: $16,600 (RM-BOCC-05-0143)

Health Contract(s)

c) Contract with Wa. St. Department of Health for Joint Plan of Operation for Regulation of Water Systems in Island County. Contract delineates the responsibilities of Wa. St. DOH and the Island County Health Department with respect to the regulation of water systems. This is a re-signing of this contract with revised hold harmless language. Contract No. N14157; Contract Amount: $ -0- (RM-HLTH-98-0033)

d) Contract with Island Employment Services for Developmental Disabilities Supported Employment Services. Contract provides individually supported employment opportunities to qualifying developmentally disabled individuals. Contract No. HS-14-05; Contract Amount: $212,647 (RM-HLTH-00-0058)

e) Contract with Toddler Learning Center for Developmental Disabilities. Contract provides child developmental services. Contract No. HS-17-05; Contract Amount $160,813 (RM-HLTH-99-0056)
