e) Contract with Jan Pickard/ Mental Health-Millage Special Project. Provides outreach support for seniors. Contract No. HS-13-05; Contract Amount $5,000 (RM-HLTH-04-0041)

f) Approval -Chairman’s signature for 2nd phase CDBG/South Whidbey School District bottled water application forms: Determination of Exemption; "Other Requirements" Compliance Document Checklist (24 CFR 58.6); Finding of Categorical Exemption (SEPA); and Applicant/Recipient Disclosure/Update Report.

g) Contract with Island County Juvenile & Family Court Services for Substance Abuse Treatment. Provides funds for a Drug Court Coordinator for the coordination and administration of the Adult Drug Court program. Contract No. HS-06-05; Contract Amount $55,356 (RM-HLTH-05-0113)

h) Contract with Compass Health-HIV/AIDS Case Management Services. Continues HIV/AIDS case management services. Contract No. HD-09-05; Contract Amount $15,000 (RM-HLTH-99-0044)

c) 10:30 a.m PUBLIC HEARING Resolution C- 110-05 (PLG-019-05) In the Matter of a Technical Correction to Rezone Parcel R23330-121-3200 from Commercial Agriculture to Rural Agriculture Correction to Zoning Atlas, Goodwin. Parcel R23330-121-3200 was inadvertently zoned Commercial Agriculture. The parcel meets the designation criteria for the Rural Agriculture Zone.
