k) Contract with WA State DSHS for WorkFirst. Continues services to families with special needs. Contract No. 0563-83319; Contract Amount Fee-for-service/$250 per evaluation (RM-HLTH-02-0062)
l) Contract with Island County Readiness to Learn (ICRTL) for Substance Abuse Prevention. Continues substance abuse prevention work for 2-year biennium. Contract No. HS-07-05; Contract Amount $17,500 (RM-HLTH-05-002)
m) Contract with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Island County for Substance Abuse Prevention. Continues substance abuse prevention work for 2-year biennium. Contract No. HS-08-05; Contract Amount $20,000 (RM-HLTH-05-001)
