đ¨ Welcome to the Board of County Commissioners meeting.  The Board values your input and ideas, and sets aside a time called “Public Input or Comments” to listen to your comments about subjects not on the agenda; that time will commence at 10:00 a.m. Times shown on the agenda are estimated:  a “Public Hearing” or “Public Meeting” will begin no sooner than the time shown.  Occasionally, items do not make  this agenda in time, but are added just prior to the meeting at the discretion of the Chairman.  This separate “Chairman’s Agenda” will be addressed as the schedule permits.

·         NOTE:  Island County offices will be closed on Monday, January 17, 2005 in observance of Martin Luther King holiday, and will reopen on Tuesday, January 18th.  The next regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners will be held on Monday, January 24, 2005, beginning at 11:00 a.m. for a Roundtable with Elected Officials/Appointed Department Heads and followed at 1:30 p.m. by regular agenda items.

The Island County Board of Health announces a special session to be held on Monday, 10 January 2005 at 1:15 p.m., at the Island County Courthouse Annex Commissioner's Hearing Room (B-102),  6th & Main Streets, Coupeville, WA.  (The normally scheduled meeting January 17th 2005 is hereby canceled due to the Martin Luther King, Jr.-Federal Holiday)

The purpose of the special session is as follows: 

Call to Order:  Welcome to this Special Board of Health meeting.  This being a Special Board of Health, the agenda is set and public comments not pertaining to the published agenda will not be taken. 

 

Approval of the Minutes of December 20, 2004
