10:30 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING  -  Consideration for parcels R13230-444-2300, R13230-362-1990 and R13230-429-2620 to be enrolled in the Public Benefit Rating System OPS 443/01 Grasser’s Hill, Whidbey Island, WA.

Agreement with Dearborn & Moss PLLC for legal and consulting services for GMA Critical Areas policies and regulations including wetlands and fish and wildlife habitat conservation.  2-year contract beginning January 1, 2007.  Contract amount:  $321,105.00  (RM-PLAN-06-133)

ISLAND COUNTY COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS

Elected officials from Island County, City of Oak Harbor, City of Langley, Town of Coupeville and the Port Districts of Coupeville and Langley will meet as the Island County Council of Governments in special session December 11,  2006 beginning at 3:00 p.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room at 1 NE 6th Street, with the following agenda items scheduled:

 

1)      Approval of minutes of meeting held September 27, 2006

2)      Meet with state legislators to discuss 2007 legislative issues:

a)      Potential legislation to allow receipt of revenues from sales taxes received for construction projects on base.

b)      Passenger Ferry Study

c)      Other issues
