Elected officials from Island County, City of Oak Harbor, City of Langley, Town of Coupeville and Coupeville and Langley Port Districts will meet as the Island County Council of Governments in special session on February 22, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. with the following scheduled agenda items:

  2. Acknowledgement of Port District Representation
  3. Coordination of RTPO/COG meeting dates
