The Board of County Commissioners will meet in Special Session for the purpose of conducting an Executive Session as allowed under provisions of RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) to discuss with legal counsel potential litigation.

a)     10:30 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING  -  Resolution C-105-06  (PLG-029-06) In the matter of accepting the Planning Commission’s recommendation that Existing Resource Lands Policies and Regulations in the Comprehensive Plan are providing adequate Resource Protection and that amendments to the Plan and Regulations are not needed. (Public hearing continued from 10/9/06,  11/6/06 and 11/20/06)

b)     Resolution C-      -06  (PLG-032-06) In the matter of accepting the Planning Commission’s recommendation to deny the Stanwood Camano Island School District’s request to adopt their Capital Facilities Plan and an Ordinance establishing school impact fees.

SPECIAL SESSION - TUESDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2006  AT 6:00 P.M.  [CAMANO ISLAND]

Location:  Elger Bay Elementary, 1810 Elger Bay Road, Camano Island, Washington

 

The Board of County Commissioners will meet in Special Session beginning at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of conducting a public hearing to consider Franchise #144 (PW-0620-109) between Island County and TR Camano, Inc. for a  Sewer Transport System to be located in North Camano Drive, Camano Island, sections  19 and 20, Twp 30N., R 3E.
