The Board of Island County Commissioners met  in Special Session on Monday, December 18, 2006, at 8:00 a.m. Board of County Commissioners Hearing Room (Room # 102B),  Island County Annex Building, 1 NE 6th Street, Coupeville, WA.

 

The Chairman announced the  purpose of the Special Session was   for the purpose of conducting an Executive Session as allowed under provisions of RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)  to discuss with legal counsel potential litigation.  He anticipated the session would last approximately 1 to 1-1/2 hours with no announcement expected afterwards.

 

On conclusion of the Executive Session, the Special Session adjourned at 9:05 a.m., with the regularly scheduled  meeting beginning as scheduled at 9:30 a.m.
