The purpose of the Special Session is for the Board to meet in Executive Session as allowed under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) to discuss potential litigation with legal counsel.

(Public Hearing continued from 10/9/06 and 11/6/06)
Services Agreement between Island County and Herrera Environmental Consultants, Inc. to identify strategies to protect fish habitat functions and physical processes that maintain Ala Spit. Contract Amount: $150,000 (RM-PD-06-104)
Amendment No. 4 to contract with Dearborn & Moss PLLC - Modifies current contract to include the judicial appeal by WEAN to Thurston County Superior Court regarding the Western Washington Growth Management Final Decision. No change in contract amount. (RM-PLAN-06-134)
