BOARD OF ISLAND COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MINUTES OF MEETING

SPECIAL SESSION MARCH 22, 2006

The Board of Island County Commissioners met in Special Session on March 22, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. for the purpose of conducting an Executive Session as allowed under R.C.W. 42.30.110 (1) (i) to discuss with legal counsel potential or pending litigation.

William J. Byrd, Member, and Mike Shelton, Member, were present. Wm. L. McDowell, Chairman, participated by phone.

Executive Session was held in the Office of the Planning & Community Development Director, Courthouse Annex, N. E. 6^th Street, Coupeville, Wa.

It was announced at the beginning of the Special Session that the Executive Session was expected to last between 1 and 1-1/2 hours, with no announcement anticipated afterwards in open public session.

There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned at

2:10 p.m.
