Contract provides funding to deliver mental health services for mentally ill offenders while confined in the county jail and facilitate safe transition into community services when released from confinement. d) Contract with Service Alternatives for Washington, Inc. Contract continues the Person to Person developmental disabilities program for the 2005-07 biennium. Contract No. HS-15-05; Contract Amount: $82,730 (RM-HLTH-99-0057)

e) Interagency Agreement with Skagit/Islands Head Start. Contract continues nurse consultation to the Skagit/Islands Head Start staff on health issues. Contract No. HD-10-05; Contract Amount: $1,500 (RM-HLTH-02-0047)
