cooperation with Island County Central Services, a number on
the Island County telephone switch has been reserved for a DEM
recorded message.
DEM will use this number to provide current information about
on-going emergencies or other incidents. As
it is received,
DEM will provide information about roads, utilities, shelters,
and other important topics.
This
extension number can be accessed from any telephone and toll
free from Island County locations. This same information as
text will also be available from a link on the opening Island
County web page and in the DEM web pages.
