Next CHAB Event... 7 May 2008

| The next meeting of the Community Health Advisory
Board (CHAB) will be Wednesday, 7 May at 5:30 pm at the Whidbey General Hospital, Conference Room A. This is the first meeting following our annual joint meeting with the Island
County Board of Health where the recipients of the Linda Lee Martens
Memorial Health Heroes were recognized, and our current goals and
strategies were presented. The agenda is now being set so please notify Carrie McLachlan if you plan not to
attend. We have much to discuss and work to schedule in order to meet
our new objectives. For minutes of the last meeting: (see minutes) and the next meeting's Agenda CHAB is always interested in
recruiting new members, and visitors to our meetings are always welcome. To more fully
understand and to assist in the community process, please consider personally
participating in any of the
Committees, Task Force
teams,
or
Health
Action projects that interest you... your experience and support
will be invaluable to these projects. CHAB
